Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos and/or videos with your order number in subject line when contacting us. If you don't send proof, a request will be sent to your email.

I NO LONGER AM ABLE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

In order to prevent fraud and delivery issues, your shipping address can not be changed once your order is placed.
